Mike Carlson Motor Company Company does not live up to their owns promises or agreements that they make. Ft Worth Texas

We purchansed a 2002 Chrysler Voyager MiniVan from the Mike Carlson Motor Company in Burleson Texas. When we purchased it we noticed that the day after that there were a few problems with the brakes. My Wife took it by to let them look at it and was told nothing was wrong. So She left them and took it to a Mechanic shop and was told that there was several things wrong. MCMC paid half of the bill but then said would not fix pay for anything else cause we had to use their mechanics. Since that time we had moved and got into a bind with the payments. Well we got a letter from a Lenders Recourse Company that we were withholding the vehicle and hiding it. The vehicle has been sitting on this property ever since we were behind never hid or anything. Well we called MCMC and they told us it was out of their hands and that the Lenders Recourse Company was handling everything on the account. We called Lender Recourse and made a payment arrangement with them and the Associate that we talked to (Carla) said she would make a note and the Vehicle would not be picked up. Well to my amazement it was picked up. I was sitting in the house when the truck pulled up to remove the van. Well they did one thing and hooked up and pulled the van away with the brakes locked on the front end. The 2 front tires both popped. But while the truck driver was leaving I was flipped off by both of them.
I in turn called MCMC to talk to (Melanie) about what she told my wife the previous day that the account was out of their hands. She lied and then would not talk to me and hung up. I called back to speak with her supervisor and he talked to me to say that it was out of their hands they didn't have the account. So I am told they don't have the account but they still picked up the van.?????? Doesn't that sound funny. They just want to get the vehicle back and still make me pay the balance owed on it. Then turn around and sell it to some other sap sucker for their vehicle. I have inturn contacted an attorney to proceed with Fraud & deceptive trade practices on both MCMC and Lenders Recourse Company and any of the workers we came in contact with (Carla) (Melanie) (Lloyd) (Patricia), Etc.

I have read other stories since this has happened that MCMC has several complaints out on them and also several Lawsuits stemming from their Trade practices.
