Do not cash out into MoneyBookers. They are doing what PayPal used to do years ago, before their $9.25 million settlement. Lock the accounts and keep the money. There is no way to dispute or reverse the transaction, since (in my case) I cashed out from an online casino (PartyPoker.com) into MoneyBookers.com account. First they place limits, like maximum withdrawal no more than $60 within 90 days.

I left it alone. Decided to wait 90 days to cash out. After 90 days, they locked my account, and ignored all e-mails to service@moneybookers.com since.

I am surprised they are still in business, with big-name clients like Skype. It won't take long for another class-action lawsuit.

I would take them to small claims myself, unfortunately they are offshore.
