Moneybookers.com Moneybookers has a freeze on my money - BE CAREFUL! London UK Nationwide

Please be careful when using Moneybookers. They allow you to setup an account and deposit money in it. I have gone through three verifications perfectly.

As soon as I deposited money in my account and now have a balance, MoneyBookers put a freeze on my account saying they need to verify the owner further.

So after three verifications, they still don't have enough verification. What's strange is that I sent three payments just fine. It wasn't until I deposited money in my account that they froze it.

Do you see where this is going?

Emailed them 3 times.. Faxed them 3 times.. Called them 3 times.. Left 3 messages.

I tried to verify the new information by faxing my credit card and my utility bill over. That scares me.. thinking that random strangers who I can't get a hold of has my information.

The phone just has a voice mail box like an answering machine.
The emails have not been returned. And now they have my money and I can't get a hold of them.

So I just want you guys to be cautious in giving away your money to moneybookers.

We are going on two months now.
