Monterey Collections, Nightmare, Rude People Ivette screamed to me from the bottom of her lungs because I told her I don't owe any money Carlsbad California

This is a scam company. I bought a body suit from Show Latino; when I got the merchandise did not fit me I called the company told them the suit did not fit me and I needed to send it back; the customer services from Show Latino gave all info to send the stuff back so I did.... I thought this was the end of the story BUT NO!! they did not credited my credit card account and I called many times to solve the issue but I end up contacting my credit card company to get my money back, the case was won thru the credit card company.

Few months later I received a letter from Monterey Collection saying I owed this money and needed to pay it I called them and explain I returned the merchandise and was told to fax the info to them, like two months later i received another letter... thinking still they were NORMAL PEOPLE I called and spoke to Yvette told her I returned the merchandise, that I already send the proof of it and I was not going to pay for something I did not have I also told her I called a phone # that was disconnected (18777753091) and apparently she got MAD because of what said and started screaming and called me all kind of names I hung up the phone and immediate came to my computer just to find this is a rip off company and many people has filed complaints against them.

What I don't understand is why all agencies notified of this major issue are not taking any actions against them, because I can tell for what I read is not only me or a few of us.... (because we don't know how many might have paid just to get them out of their hair) there might be thousands of us with the same issued.

I have not check my credit report but it is probably screwed too by them!! O_O
