Mopro Unprofessional - poor results Costa Mesa California

This review is on the company's website development business.  I came across their exhibit at a trade show.  They have very slick website templates and promise lots of results & quick site development for a monthly fee.  We hired them for one small company website as a test before doing a larger site. I'm glad I was cautious. From the start it seemed their staff wasn't too interested in what we were doing & not listening. They have yet to have a grasp or understanding of our product & market after 4 months.  Customer service reps assigned to our account keep changing.  I believe this is a sign of staff turnover.  A check of employment reviews at Glassdoor show several complaints regarding being paid on time. 

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) they promise is not working. We have given them the most common search words for our product & on Google & Yahoo our company showes up 8 pages deep or not at all, which is useless.  They keep saying wait a few weeks for the site to raise up in search results but nothing happens.  I think the staff is used to working with small local companies trying to drive retail business but not a company trying to promote a product line on a national basis.  They just want to get the site up & running & get client signed up on monthly fee.

I'm going to ask for a credit due to poor performance & if rejected will file a complaint with CA & IL Attorney General offices.
