First off I checked into motel 6 with my I.d. and then the next day I payed for another day hannah and drew was at the front desk. When I came down stairs to ask about a internet card they told me I was banned like a year ago and I had to leave before they call the cops. My point is they let me check in and let me pay for another day then kicked me out without giving me my money back it was a big rip off. DONT BE A VICTIM OF HANNAHS OR DREWS THEY CHECK YOU THEN TILL YOU YOU DONT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY.

An employee who wasn't paying attention to the fact he was on the DNR list (do not reserve) allowed him to pay for 2 rooms.  On the second day, another staff member caught it and kicked him out without refunding his money. 

I can tell you from knowing people who work in motels/hotels, they say he should have been refunded his second day since he wasn't being allowed to stay and it was the motel's fault for renting to him in the first place.
