Moving Staffers required my credit card to make a reservation, then charged my account many days early for services not rendered. Charged $150 cancellation fee Wichita Falls Nationwide

 This company was recommended by PACK RAT when I reserved my moving container. Also Hire-a helper and PODS refers their services as well.  Without thinking smart I gave them my credit card number when they asked for it to make a reservation.  Charge was $708 per container  My plans all changed due to scheduling such as closing and also the need for 2 containers.  I also found some else who was more reasonably priced to load both containers.  I called them 4 days early to cancel. I then found out they had already charged my account $708 for services not yet rendered.  I became quite angry and told them to cancel.  They refused to refund the money until several family members applied pressure. When they refunded they kept out $150 cancellation fee for services not yet rendered.  THEY ARE A RIP OFF company.  I am complaining to PACKRAT, PODS, and Hire-a Helper for referring a rip off company.
