Agent arrived totally unprepared with equipment to evaluate or repair problem - no freon; no gauges; no meters; no manuals etc. He then quickly assessed the problem and determined it needed the most expensive repair process for a fridge and would need to come back.I received an invoice in the mail for $104.94 for his quick look and time assessing my refrigerator problem. this was totally unacceptable for my money.
