MVA I got a divorce 2 years ago, had nothing attached to my ex husband until now. I received letter from Maryland Central Collection Unit for collection of my ex husband's debt, its called MVA INSURANCE LAPSE DEFAULT which he might not have had insurance for 3 weeks. I own them 204.75. When i call insurance they saying call MVA, when i call MVA they saying there is no record of my name on file under that car except my mailing address, but yet if i go online, CCU got my full name, address, and SSN on file, so it seems like they chasing me for this collection. When i call CCU they telling me to call MVA. i been calling them for hours trying to resolve this trouble that could turn out very bad for me if i dont pay, they threating me with garnishment, IRS reviews, loosing registration, credit bureau reporting.... i will be calling them all day tomorrow again when they open. WHAT TO DO I DONT WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I SHOULDNT BE PAYING FOR? Baltimore Maryland
