MVA FRAUD Glen Burnie Maryland

I see i am not the only one battling and being stolen from with the MVA. In 2013 my state refund was intercepted, with NO letter of explanation. I spent a week calling the CCU dept trying to get an answer, and NEVER got a hold of anyone.

2014 came along, and i received my state refund, So i figured whatever the problem was must had been resolved when they took my money. Later that year i get a letter that i owe the MVA like $2000 and something dollars for a car i had 14 years prior. They claimed i had a 1 month laps of insurance.

I responded to the letter asking for some kind of proof that this occured. 14 years later??? i couldn't even remeber who my insurance company was at the time. Never got a respoinse to my letter. So i sent another letter since no one picks up the phone over there. I finally got a reply.. a sloppy computer screen print out, and a letter stating i laps on a month insurance and if i could prove i was insured it would be dropped. 

I replied that i wouldn't even know how to prove such a thing if i can't remember who i was even insured with up until the time the car was towed for not being opertable. They wanted a letter from the tow truck company that towed it that's no longer in business. So here on my end i can't provide anything to defend myself, but they can use a computer screen printout that could have been done that day as proof.

They have already snatched up my state refund for 2016 and i just filed a couple days ago.( But they sure take there time when they owe you)

Seeing all these other complaints ranging up to 20 years!! this has to be a d**n scam to generate revenue.Because seriously who is going to have records from 12-20 years ago to prove anything. This is insane that there is no statue of limitation when it comes to the MVA.

And lets say i did laps on a month.. where were you 14 years ago to catch that? i have been insured this entire time, i have a registered vehicle. There thieves plain and simple.
