My Points I took a survey before Christmas for My Points ,Iwas given a choice of a couple things I could get one was the electric cigerette. I got it after the first and money out of my account that I didn't ok Evansville, Indiana

Right before Christmas I took a survey for a My points they offered a rfeew things I chose the electric cigerette. I've been wanting to quit and couldn't afford to buy the product and thi said it was free .I got it after the first of the year. I couldn't wait toopen it up but when I did it had a cigerettee, and the charger nothing else that ment I have t get an extra battery $50.00, and the filters run about $15.00 and I think they cover about 2 packs of cigerettes for one filter you get 5 to a pack thats a carton. But i went on line this morning and I never gave club 51 permission to take money out of my checking account.  $89.95 is quite a bit of money when you've not planed on it coming out. And I don't think whit I got was worth tht much anyway.

Doubles casino Have removed game and my points. They asked me to update and due to the fact I have one of the first iPads that came out I am unable to do so. It requires IOS 6 and my iPad won't let me do this. I cannot afford to upgrade my iPad and thing it's wrong you have done this to my game. I have been playing this game for two years. Notified Apple and they said I would hear from you with in 24 hours. Please put my game back and remove the update. Thanks Sharon Quitman Internet

I usually redeem for southwest airlines the one I choose to travel on. I just found out today that as of Nov 5, 2013 the usual 100 points per dollar is not 166 points per dollar. Looking to use all of my points and move to a free card without a $95 annual fee I pay and a $50 fee I pay. what a total rip off to screw customers from using there points without notice.
