My Profit Investment A-1 Member Huge Fee Hidden in Terms & Conditions Las Vegas Nevada

I fell victim to this scam - they send you a CD for the shipping fee of $2.95 (I see in other reports that they've also charged $1.95).

However, buried in the Terms and Conditions (which I'm betting many people just check off without reading the entire thing) is the statement that you will be charged $81.32 as a monthly membership fee. You can cancel within 7 days to avoid that first charge being taken out, but this info is also hidden in the Terms.

Further, the "Customer Service" rep I got was very indifferent, bordering on rude. He canceled my "membership," but when I told him the company would do well to make this charge more obvious he responded with "I'll make a mental note of that."
