Myperfectcredit.com, Costa Mesa, CA And Carson City, NV Contact Detail for this Ripoff, Fraudulent, Unathorized Billing Company Costa Mesa California - Carson City Nevada

Hello All! I am new user to ripoffreport.com and I suppose I have myperfectcredit.com (FUBARyourcredit.com) lol to thank for pointing me in this direction.

There are 5 pages of allegations against this company in this forum and my specific situation is just like the rest so I will save you the details. What I will be providing is what information I have been able to turn up.

myperfectcredit.com purchased clearcredit.com is late 2004 and it would appear that they have reopened all closed accounts from clearcredit and sold the debt to a collection agency by the name of 1st Credit of America based in Chicago, IL. Trying to contact any of these companies is near immpossible so I am here to try to attempt to make it a little more possible.

Here's what info I have:

myperfectcredit.com is owned and operated by a Mr. David Coulter of Costa Mesa, CA. I belive his home phone can be found at www.whitepages.com. His companies toll free phone numbers are: (877)469-7373 and (877)811-4111, however, these telephone numbers will give you a constant busy signal. A have located a direct line for their company and it picks up evertime. That number is: (949)851-4880. I suggest that you call and leave your thoughts with each of the 6 extensions they have at this office, and I would pull no punches.

Further, the website and companies technical advisor is a Ms. Dorine Firestone and she can be reached at the same phone number above or by emailing: dorine@pathwaydata.com.

Also, the company contracted an advertising firm by the name Harris Purchasing Group in late 2004 and I am sure they direct information at their disposal. You will have to Google their name to get their phone number, however, I do know their President and CEOs name is John Stanley, so he is probably the one speak to.

The company has sold their outstanding debt to 1st Credit of America based in Chicago, IL. Their website can be viewed at www.1stcofa.com. The phone number for this company is (866)505-2632.

myperfect.com is closing this branch in Nevada and all new Better Business Beueau claims will need to contact the BBB is Colton, CA at phone (909)825-7280 or by website at: labbb.org.

I know this company has an F score from the BBB which is the worst score possible. California law requires that companies advertising the availability of loans or offering to procure loans or credit services must be registered with the California Attorney General's Office as a Credit Services Organization and post a $100,000 bond. This company is neither registered or paid any bond. They are not a member of the California BBB and have had 70 reports with only 4 responses in the last year.

THIS IS OUTRIGHT A FRADULANT COMPANY AND GOD WILLING THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN, FINED, AND IMPRISIONED.

If anyone has any additional information please issue a rebuttal or make a new file. I will continue monitoring this forum as I hope we few consumers can somehow affect the day to day fraud this company is committing! Good luck everyone and God Bless!
