Naples Nissan 18,500 BOUGHT ME A CAR THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY TOTALED. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS! Naples Florida

I am one of many people who was ripped off by Naples Nissan. I'm sure that if this scam is broadcasted, many of their other past victoms will come forward.

In a nutshell, I traded in a jeep and was given 5000. towards my new vehicle. I was told that the 2004 Jeep hat I was about to purchase was a creampuff with only about 29000 miles on it. I needed reliable wheels to carry my 4 children to and from school.

Anyway after the purchase, I brought the truck to a Jeep dealer because of a squeeling sound comming from the rear of the truck and the paint started to peel from the side of the truck. The Jeep dealer preceeded to tell me that the vehicle had been in a serious crash and that the whole left side and rear had been crushed, the truck was freshly repainted to hide the collision except for the fact that there was overspray all over the trim and bottom of the truck. The axle and drivetrain was bent and the truck will never be right again.

My wife and I were very upset and brought it back to Naples Nissan and explained our findings. The sales manager agreed with us and said while walking around the vehicle"wow, where hasn't this car been hit. He assured us that we were going to be taken care of and will be put into a new truck. My truck was on their lot for a month while they supposofly looked for a car for us. Apparently they never had any intention on making things right. The General manager called us into his office and said that will fix the car and thats all. they never fixed it This car can't be fixed.

Please help us call out for others to come forward who were ripped of by Naples Nissan. For now were stuck driving our kids around in an unsafe 400.a month junker. We are honest hard working people and do not deserve to be treated this way. Where do we go for help! Thank you in advance for your help.
