National Advertising Center Fraudulent advertising- Illegal business practices- Sam company Canoga Park California

I Contracted this company for advetrising in the local bristol farms in January 2009- The Add that was prepared for me was never approved by me and they still published the add without any permission- In March 2009 I received a call from Trisha from their accounting department to ask for full payment of the contract in return for a discount- I paid my account in full eventhough I yet had to see any adds printed or delivered to Bristol Farms- I have a credit card receipt to prove Full payment. I have been receiving statements ever since March 2009 saying I have a balance due and that my account went into collections. I called the company several times and they hang up on me everytime. They gave me the number of this collection lady called Ms Dickenson and I have left several messages but no one returns my calls. The adds were paid in full but I never saw any publications in Bristol Farms as agreed.
I suspected a fraudulent company so I researched this company and I am seeing that I am not the only one! There are over 100 complaints on the BBB about this business. This is a scam company that is taking advantage of people with false advertising
