I mailed my 2003 w2 taxs form to NADN back in February of 2004. As of today I have not rec'd any information regarding my taxs. I have called, left message.
As of today no return call. I was told by a Oryan representive that perhaps my taxs were put on the bottom on the file because I had cancelled the business. No one from NADN have contact me or return my paperwork. Oryan inform me that there company is to paid the balanced of the promissory note is about $6,700 as of today. No where in the contact stated that I had to pay the balance if I cancelled.
This is very upsetting, also the reason why I cancelled the business. I was being ask to put more money into business. Was told I need this and that. I explained to them that I could not afford to pay anymore money. At this point all I want is to get back my W-2 and not owed the balance of the promissory note. I have left so many messages this is unbelievable.
If anyone can help me, please let me know.

My husband have told me about the money in which he has sent to NADN/Oryan for the mall website. The amount is about $7,000 not $2,700. and they are still asking for more money. He also send his 2003 w2 tax to them and as of today have not rec'd the complete taxes. He also was told by a Oryan representive that he will rec'd a payment plan in the mail to pay off the promissory not the balance is about $7,000. I was so upset and told him he not sending him another dime. He have asked for his tax back, no response. We need to know our next move on how to get some of his money back. My husband is very hard working, honest,trusting man. He felt for this scram because indicated that would help the handicapp and his family. After he did not rec'd his tax's by 2/15. On 4/21/04 I decided to look up NADN/Oryan on BBB web site and was shocked by the report on this company. Someone please help us,and let us know what to do nexts. My husband have high blood, this enough to make a healthy person have a heart attack.
