I joined NADN in 2002 for tax preparation and tax advice for $810. In May 2002, I was sold a mall for all 89115, for $2,495. This mall was put on my 2002 tax return, but I did not get all the credits/business expenses promised.

In 2003, I paid for my first modification to the website, again $2,495 plus another $1,500 for a business plan. In December 2003, I was told that I should file separately on tax return and my spouse and I both could take the credits and deductions. I paid for another mall for all and a business plan for over $3,000.

In January 2004, I was called and told the malls had changed and that instead of modifications each year another mall would be bought until all the malls were gone and if I bought two marketing plans and two more malls I would get all the deducations and credits on my tax return and my spouse's (filing separately) and NADN would set me up with mall partners who would bring more traffic to my websites.

I get my 2003 taxes from NADN and no malls are included, no business expenses are included, and no tax credits are included. Also, my taxes are filed jointly. I am trying to get the December 2003 business plan and mall for all charges reversed and the January 2004 mall for alls and marketing plan charges reversed on my credit cards. I have talked with everyone at NADN that will talk with me and have gotten no where. Overall, I have paid NADN over $20,000.
