National Audit Defense - Oryan Management Illegal sale of an ADA accesible website Las Vegas Nevada

I was enticed to buy a website that was supposed to be accesible by people with sight and hearing imparements. The gist of the sale was that investing in this website would give me a very large tax deduction as well as a new home based business that would be managed by Oryan Management. The only service rendered by these people was endless phone calls for site upgrades for more money, no help with the so called "tax sheltered site", and a promissory note that could not possibley be paid off through the site since it can only be promoted as "SPAM" which is soon to be illegal in most states.

The Trace Center is the site for the Engineering Department for the University of Wisconsin. They are funded by the Department of Education and the ADA Department of the United States Justice Department. I have talked to the dean of that department, representatives of the US Justice Department, and IRS agents in Detroit and Reno, Nevada. They have all confirmed that there are no tax breaks for modifying or purchasing a web site that is accessible by the handicapped. In fact several corporate CEO's including dot com executives have said that there are no financial incentives for doing this type of modification since there is no real requirement by law. The requirement in law "MIGHT" entitle this NADN Website business to some tax break. But since the actual change of the format of the web site to ADA accesibility standards would require less than a .1% to .01 % actual outlay the tax benefit would be negligible.

What is the final conclusion from all of this? The sale by NADN and ORYAN Management is illegal in that it promotes and entity that has no basis for Tax relief under the law. The courts have upheld that a contract for a debt for an illegal act is unenforceable and cannot be acted on through any contract. Check with your accountant and your lawyer. Definitely check with the Justice Department, the IRS, and the Nevada Attorney General's Office. I was ripped off too. NADN took me for a lot of money. My lawyer told NADN to contact me only through the law office. No amount of phone calls by me or registered letters requesting refunds have gotten anything but more calls from NADN for more money. But they can be beaten to their knees. Know your rights and the law. Research it as I did. We need to get everyone educated to the actual facts of the ADA law and entitlement for the handicapped. Put these monkeys in jail!!!
