National Audit Defense Network - Oryan Management Ripoff ripped me off Las Vegas Nevada

Hello to all and I thought I was the only one that was scammed. I couldn't believe all the rip offs. These 2 companies have to go down!!!!!!!! I filed my complaint to the Nevada Attorney Generals office - they had send me a letter stated that NADN was filing Chapter 11 and they send me a form to claim my loss of money and I mailed it to the Bankrupcy Court in Jan. of 2004. Does anyone know how you can see the results of the case?

I to was fallen victim to the ShopN2000. I too did check by telephone and told them I had to talk to my husband and ask him and they said the transaction will not go thru for 3 days. I said I will call you back tommorow and give you the answer this was(AL) I was talking to. He said oh sure no problem just call me back. The very next morning I called him and left him a voice mail to cancel the transaction. I figured ok he will get the message GUESS WHAT the transaction still went thru. I didnt find out until i had checks bouncing and couldn't figure out why.

As soon as i found out the transaction went thru I was on the phone to NADN I was faxing calling etc. Mysterist Mr. Al was not in his office. I called every day- no calls back from him. Then I got ahold of a lady and told her what had happened she was like okay we will send your request into client resolution and your should have a refund. NO REFUND. These people make me sick how can they sleep at nite.

After many calls from NADN how they can save us money etc. I said dont call anymore. Also I had send the package back to them and wanted my cc refunded for the tax package. I had sent it back UPS to them. Faxed them, Called them still no refund. Then on the 31st day I get a call from a man saying your past your 30 days refund. WHAT BULL. I said I had send the material back to NADN.

Well you need to contact us and get a return authorization #. Oh and by the way you don't send them your taxes to do they do it with you over the phone that is what I was told. So where is their signature on the tax return if you get audited!!! Thank God they have never done our taxes and I never took the deduction for the ShopN2000. It was a loss and a big one!!!!!!!!!!
