National Auto Division David Porfirio, quick to charge; slow to refund Howell New Jersey

Sent letter to company to cancel the policy on my truck just two weeks after their Congratulations letter arrived. That was mid-February 2016. National Auto Division has yet to respond to my letter or refund the $550. charged to my credit card.

National Auto Division charged my credit card within days of our phone conversation. They were supposed to send out a copy of the actual policy but never did. When asked to cancel the policy for my truck and refund the money I was charged, they have not been as quick. To date I have had no action whatsoever on my letter. I plan to send another letter to their office by certified mail, in order to have proof, at least, of their receipt of my cancellation request.
