National Auto Division National Auto Division victimizes the elderly!!! Howell New Jersey

A telemarketer from National Auto Division called my elderly mother and told her my "insurance policy" was about to expire if my premium was not paid immediately.  I have never had any business dealings with this company.  She unfortunately gave them her credit card number and they billed her account $250.  I luckily caught this and immediately reported in to her bank as fraud. When I called the customer assistance number for National Auto Division to tell them of their error and to ask to not bill my mother's credit card, the customer service agent was sarcastic and refused to register my complaint. I have filed a telemarketing fraud report with Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commision.
