The company is actually located in Montreal and run by two brothers named Garo and Vatche Manoug. Garo runs the show while Vatche works at IBM.

It is a boiler room style operation, with youngters smoking drugs as they work. they live large at others expense. You couldnt tell by the name they use.

Vatche Manoug used to work at "International Business Directories" and stole a tremendous amount of sales forms from that company. They used those names/leads as 'loads' to get unexpecting responders to agree to puchase their CDROM, without actually agreeing.

He and his brother then started their 'room'. Garo Manoug is in charge there for a while now. Vatche Manoug was fired from his previous job. And got a job at IBM shortly after.

They 'sell' their useless CDROM to people who dont even know what it is. Focusing on the 'existing relationship' aspect of the sales pitch, consumers dont even realize what's going on when someone else calls for an address verification. They use the address verification as a verbal receipt. Deceptive to say the least.
