We received from Phillip Woods, representing National Freedom Group. Paid up from approximately 4,000.00 to have our home mortgage modified. After paying the $4,000, er never heard from Phillip Woods again. We have tried calling and e-mailing and he fails to respond.
I have reported National Freedom Group to the FBI where I leave. The FBI will be sending the notice to the Los Angles, CA office. I was told by the FBI agent who took my report that FBI Los Angles has not received any complaints regarding National Freedom Group. So I am asking if national Freedom Group scammed you, PLEASE call the FBI in Los Angles and file a complaint.

California FBI has not contacted me yet. I did not get a case number for my local FBI as they will be transferring it to the correct state (CA). 5 years is not long enough for people who take advantage of others and put their homes in jeopardy. I will call the Agent who contacted me when I get home from school tomorrow and see what I can find out.

Can you provide me the FBI case file number. So I can follow-up with them I also reported them to FBI in Seattle, WA and Seattle FBI refer my complaint to California FBI. I don't want to for people from National Freedom to rot, I just want people from National Freedom Group to see the inside of a Federal Prison for at least 5 years.

I am sure the calls will be flooding in as I have seen the massive complaints hitting all over the internet about National Freedom Group. I actually was the first one to start the complaints.
I have been contacted by the FBI Mortgage Task Force here in Arizona as my local police department had taken the initial fraud report from me. They turned it over to them. I was told by the agent that it is being turned over to California and I will be contacted by them.
Five weeks ago I submitted the infamous refund request form to Nation Freedom Group (they claim it takes 4-6 weeks to process) well no call backs etc. Today I check and they no longer have a website or anything.
I am so sorry for what has happened to you and all of the others as well. When I originally signed on with them I looked for complaints and found none. I thought it was safe. As soon as I new they screwed me I blasted them om the internet everywhere I could in the hopes I could save others the heartache my household has gone through. Also put fraud alert on credit reports as they have social security numbers and if you paid with personal check close account and reopen as they have routing number and account number
