National Juris Solutions Ripped Off; Scammed Cupertino, California

I was scammed by National Juris Solutions.  My husband & I were served Act 91 Papers, and turned to Natioanl Juris Solutions for help.  Actualy it was an 800 number from TV.

They sounded legitimate, we spoke to several different people on a phone interview, and they even gave us the BBB website.  When we checked it out, they had an A rating, now they have an F

We were told in the begining, that the process would take 3-4 months, then it increased to 6 months.  I was given names of people to contact if I had any questions, but any time I would call, I would get an answering machine, when I would leave a message for a specific person, someone different would return my call (when they decided to call me back).

I was promised updates every two weeks.  I never received any updates.  When someone would talk to me, all they would say is we are in contact with your lender.  Nothing was ever mentioned on what kind of progress they were mkaing.

After making payment to them, two months of this went by, we were served foreclosure papers.  I immediately tried to contact the company, and faxed them the papers from the sherrif.  It was hours later when someone called me back

They kept telling me to go to court, and plead my case.  I thought that was what I had paid them to do.  Since then I have been trying to get my refund.  The last time I heard from anyone at this company was the begining of March 2011

I had filed a complaint with the BBB, The Loan Modification Scam Prevention Network, and the Attorney Generals Office in hope that someone could stop these people
