National Juris Solutions Robbed over the Phone in responce to a TV mortgage assistance service Cupertino , California

I was in need of a loan modification because the tenets I had were not paying rent on time.  I couldn't afford to pay rent and my mortgage so I sought help through a TV advertisement offering financial help.  I called and before I could get started with a quote I was required to give personal and banking information.  I was then told I needed to pay 3 monthly payments of $755 "before" they could assist me.

Desperate, I stopped paying my mortgage to afford the initial payments to a company called National Juris Solutions. I was hoping everything would work out with the payments and I could catch up some how.   The company recomended that I should not contact my mortgage company because NJS would be taking care of the legalities.  I can't believe I fell for this bogus crap.  Anyway, with still no help from my renters and not paying the mortgage, my house went into forclosure.  I lost everything for trusting these scam artist.  Shame on me.  Then come to find out that it is illeagal in the state of California to charge someone for assisting in a loan modification.  My heart sank. I was robbed big time. 

The day I found out I was robbed, I was contacted by my mortgage company.  They were trying to reach me to talk about possibly modifying my home loan.  I avoided them as instructed by the company I put so much trust and money into. I was shocked to hear that my mortgage company was unaware of a company called National Juris Solutions.  The help i needed was right there the whole time and I didn't even realize it.  I feel absolutely empty and foolish.  I will never trust any TV or internet ad again.  It will take over 10 years to fix my credit from the mortgage foreclosure.  I want revenge!!!!!!!!!!
