On January 13, 2011 we contacted NJS (national Juris Solutions) because we saw a commercial on tv. We talked to a guy named Jeff. He took our information and told us a guy named Jerry would call us that night. This man named Jerry asked several questions about our financial situation. He told us that not everbody is approved for a Loan Modification but his computer when he puts in our Income and our living expenses would tell him if we are approved.

He told us it would be 2 payments of  $ 755.00 and 2 payments of $575.00 if his computer approves us for a loan modification. We asked him if it was a guaranteed that we would get the modification. He advised us that he is a professional at Bank of America loans, which is our lender, and we would get the Loan Modification.

We then asked him how long would it take he told us about thirty days. We told him that we do not have the money for the first payment. He then told us that all we have to do is atleast pay the escrow payment . which meant we would be one payment behind and Bank of America would not fuss about it because by then the Loan modification would go thru.

Then in the end of march NJS contacted us saying good news that our lender Bank of America has appointed an underwriter for our Loan Modification and it will go pretty quick from here. they advised us it would be three or four weeks from now. Every ten days we would get an update and it was always the same. Bank of america has appointed an underwriter and it will go quick. I talked to a supervisor and told her that I get the same update evertime and Jerry the first guy I talked to said it would only take thirty days. I was told he was a liar and they fired him for that.

on June 13, 2011 I talked to a guy named Frank and told him I went with another company.  I wanted a refund. He said no problem he would put me in for it that day. I asked him if he would call me the next day and report about how long it would take. He was very helpful that night but never contacted us.

I have tried to contact NJS several times but only get answering machines and no call backs. thru the course of this modification tried, I have spoken with between 5 and 7 people all of which basically have said the same thing. as a result we are one payment behind and never received what we paid for only lies and now we cant get our money back because no one ever returns our calls.
