Hey just a suggestion to all the wisemen out there....check someone out before it's done and NEVER use your bank card...ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD that way if the services never come through you can always dispute and you have a better chance of getting your money back that way. National Moving Network took a deposit of $500. from me on a crecit card and never rendered their services to me...as a result I ended paying for my x-tra stay at my apartment and had no electricity etc. for a day..a hot summer New York day might I add! Well to make a long story short I ended paying for that as well as even more money for a rental truck that I my husband had to drive....it was a mess and we were broke as a result of last minute renting. I disputed the charge after trying to solve the problem with the "rip-off" company and ended getting all of my money back plus all interest on it charged on my card and any other fees incurred as a result of this. It sure did feel good that they didn't get me that good. I hope this helps people out!

they didn't come through, If they don't take credit cards then something is wrong

well...I didn't know that, but it's a good thing for us that we didn't even get to that point because they never showed up! After trying to get in touch with them so many times the morning that they were suppose to be there and the comment made by the operator "look lady its not my problem" (and then hung up on me) I was seriously thinking of cancelling them according to there contract I still had a chance to do so, but they probably would've avoided those calls as well or at least prolonged them until my time to cancel was up...I'm just happy I got my money back and I didn't wait for them...I learned another lesson, If they don't take credit cards then something is wrong, just like ebay, if they don't take credit cards or paypal, then most likely it is a fraud. Big companies like that always take credit cards!

Money Orders Only For the rest of the move they will only take a bank check so customers can't make any disputes to the credit card company once the move is complete

AUTHOR: Richard - (U.S.A.)

Actually you'll find that National Moving Network and all other brokers only take the credit card for the deposit. For the rest of the move they will only take a bank check so customers can't make any disputes to the credit card company once the move is complete.
