We ordered 260, 2009 Calendars from National Pen on line. Since it was an online order they are refusing to correct the error, which we never received
a conformation on.

We then called them after we received the Calendars with the error and they said they would not replace them or take the ones we have back. This is what the error looks like: http:www.//website name. Anyone in their
right mind would know this is wrong. And yes we still had to pay for the Calendars.

If this report is any indication of your spelling and proof-reading skills it could be quite possible that is how you sent it to them.

For most printers they will do it EXACTLY as you submit it. The only case they will make an adjustment is if what you entered is not what they printed.
