I received a box of pens that I did not order. With the pens it states invoice enclosed. There was no invoice enclosed. Then I got a call from this company giving me a late charge for not paying for an invoice I never received. The pens were not even labeled right, so I know I would not have ordered them.

I paid the invoice, but needless to say I would never order from them again, and want to warn all consumers out there.

Hello Robin,

My name is Dave Thompson and I am the CEO of National Pen.  Our normal practice is to include an invoice in the box with the product.  We apologize if that was not the case with your shipment. 

We have looked through our data bases for a customer by your name in Oregon City and, in zip code 97045 - we cannot find your account under these parameters.  Could you please let us know your contact information and we will work to resolve this issue
