National Platinum This Company Stole $149.95 out of my checking account sending it into overdraw and no rent paid this month. When call the number these people cant even tell you who the company is and without email a Carson City, Nevada

On Friday September 30th I waited for my paycheck to be put on a paycard that would show a bonus and pay my rent on time for the first time in months I was shocked to find my account short $149.95 I almost had a stroke.  called 1-800-972-8094.  First woman hung up on me because I could not provide her with information she was asking ( last 4 digits of checking account). 

As I dont have checking account only paycard I did not have info.  Had to call paycard to get.  Called back and was in shock to hear this company National Platinum whom I have never heard of hit my account for membership.  The lady on the phone could not tell me my name or address only email and bank.  No info on company she represented except to physical street address in Carson City, Nevada

After freaking out for about an hour she promised me my money would be back on account in 3-5 business days  I Hope Went online to research National Platinum and cannot believe they have not been stopped.  Is anyone reading these complaints.  Does anyone not see a problem  "F" rating with BBB, unresolved complaints in the 1000's, almost all for stealing hardworking individulals money.

This company needs to be stopped right away and I am willing to bet the people at the above 1-800 number represents more companies like this.  I did call them back to let them know about my research on the company they have to represent,  The man on phone listened to my entire conversation and told me to have a better day.

I told him to research these companies he works for If he has a heart at all he will want to stop them or at least try to help the victims  shame on you
