National Platinum American Services USA Stole money from my checking account Internet

I went to a website to check on Payday loans and found myself signed on to whatever this is.  I have no idea who they are or what type of service they perform, but the stole $99.95 out of my checking account.  I have contacted my bank, but they can't do anything because the that was used by my bank has already cleared.  The check, by the way, was deposited to:  Public Savings Bank, no location given, but the following numbers followed the bank name:  23197**** for deposit only, National Platinum 10200****.  This kind of crap has got to be stopped.  I had the same thing happen with a buying club that I never joined who was linked to one of these site.  I reported them to everyone I knew, i.e., the BBB, Ripoff Report, Consumer Affairs and the FTC.  I got a letter from their lawyer apologizing and stating that they were sending me a check for the amount they wouldn't refund originally.  Don't give up.  Keep hounding these creeps and we will bring them to their knees.
