We are the Plaintiffs in a Civil Lawsuit. We will be it Court with them tomorrow. How do you spell Low Life!!! If we don't win this case, we will probably be filing a Class Action Suit. I will file an update following are Court Trial tomorrow. Thanks for all of your support in advance. Bob (All agencies will be receiving formal complaints in Connecticut and Kentucky!!!!)

NPC never showed. Their Lawyer was allowed to present the evidence, and there was know one for me to cross examine. I'm working on that issue. It was handled improperly by the Magistrate. I'm not surprised. I have found out that Small Claims is getting hundreds of complaints. I will see what the results are!!!!

We have some more legal action in the works. Things should workout awesome. I believe their days of doing business in Connecticut will be coming to an end!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your complaint is dismissed with prejudice, you will be BARRED from suing them or taking part in any "class action" against them for the same "situation".
