 Went through same situation with associated #312-617-4832. Spoke with a Larry Lewis who promised a loan for using a credit card machine provided by 1st American Leasing. Larry always answered the phone the first few weeks of starting the loan. The loan never happened because there was never a loan to begin with, but, monthly payments were taken out the 2nd week we spoke with Larry. Payments went from $143 to $160 to $165 with the first payment being doubled. It was all a lie. I requested a cancellation, threatened to sue and requested my money back from monthly payments that were deducted from my account. I was advised my monthly payment would be deducted once my loan was approved and funded. Needless to say, I was paying for a loan I never got. 1st American Leasing advised regardless of what Larry sold to me, the contract could not be cancelled. Larry stated he would get it taken care of with 1st American and he would have it cancelled with documentation showing proof. I never saw the documentation, Larry will not answer his phone and now a collection has been placed on my credit report from 1st American Leasing. I never even received a statement showing that I was being held responsible for the loan. Please help! I need Larry to pay back what is owed; and affiliated companies to stop screwing people over.
