Nationwide Advertising No Placemats Placed Anywhere Springfield Illinois

Nationwide Advertising claims to print up laminated placemats and phone book covers with small company advertisments on them. We contracted to have our ad on the placemats of a local restaurant. This was in July 2008. To date there have been no placemats. When we would call to check on the status we were told

1) our art work wasn't received (it ended up in the wrong department)
2) they hadn't sold all the spots on the placemats
3) production is very behind - you should see your proof in a week
4) proof is done - but we need an address to mail it - Hello! We have a contract with all our contact info on it
5) they are finally going out on Wednesday March 4, 2009 and all locations should have them in place by the weekend of March 7. Well we visited the locations last night - Sunday March 15 and still No placemats.

Today we call all the sites that we had contracted to have the placemats placed and none of them have no knowledge of ever talking to any company that deals with laminated placemats.

When we contacted Nationwide today, we were told that the placemats have been in place since September 2008, but as of November - December Production was still very behind schedule on all the Colorado locations.
