Nationwide Advertising Keep Charging my credit card and havent recoieved my place mats Springfield Illinois

This company is a total rip off. They continue to illegaly charge my companies credit card for a place mat ad that was never ran. I talked to the restuarant and they had never heard of the company. I signed up for a placemat ad for $99.00. They charged this to the credit card and then the next month charged $149.95 for no reason. I called the office and talked to a total snake. His name was Mike and he was the owner. He thought it was funny to make jokes while he credited back our card $149.95. Now 2 weeks later he then charges my account another $49.95. He is a pure thief who has a girl named Megan working for him as a sales person. A totaly ignorant and not well speaking receptionist and a print guy who is the master of all excuses as to why these ads are not even being ran.
