Naxpmedia Where is my refund, for items I never received Internet
I placed an order on the Internet to Naxpmedia, this order was placed in 11-07. The charge for the DVD's was put on my credit card 12-07. I tried to contact them by phone and also by e-mail and would only receive generic answers back.
Finally in March, I was tired of trying to get the DVD's, which were suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, and e-mailed them again, and asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. The next day the order was cancelled, but I am still waiting for my refund. I don't trust anyone on the internet now. Who knows who you can order anything from and be safe.
