I ordered dvd's on 11/26/07 and still have not received the item that was purchase. After 5 attempts to contact by email (phone number answers but tells you they're upgrading phone system to better customer service - a bunch of bunk) I have received not 1 response! This is a ripp off and I want my stuff or a Full refund. Buyers Beware!!! Do not purchase from this website. I have been doing online business for years now, and this is the first time this has ever happened.
