Naxpmedia Paid for a product in Dec. 2007 still have not received Apr. 2008 Miami Florida

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I ordered product in Dec. 2007 and as of Apr. 2008 still have not received the item though my card was charged in Dec. and have not heard from them but one time, even after several emails I have sent to them! Any attempt to call I found a message saying they were having phone problems and the one and only response from them back in Jan. stated they were having problems with UPS. Yeah they were having problems with UPS! UPS cancelled their account due to all the complaints they were receiving about this company!

Now I see that there are hundreds and hundreds of the same complaints against them which goes to prove that before buying online you should read reviews first. Live and learn.

I complained to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage all with problems with this company do the same, as the more complaints against this company the more the BBB will do about it.

Naxpmedia is the only bad experience I have had with an online store. There is always a rotten egg!!

On other sites it has been mentioned that Naxpmedia has been writing in to sites as satisfied customers so beware if you see a good review that it may be from themselves!
