Naxpmedia Faulty advertising. Fraudulent Sales. Stole Money I could have used. Florida Internet

I've been looking for a few years some DVD's of a television series Naxpmedia posted for sale.

I made an order for the DVD's I've been looking for on Thursday, February 28, 2008. I received an email confirmation.

The following information is what can be currently read in my account information page/history: 1. 02/29/2008 Processing Payment sucessfully processed through our payment processor NYADirect. You will recieve your tracking information within 72 hours. 2. 03/08/2008 New Order Sent Thank you for your purchase, your tracking number has been assigned and will ship via UPS. Tracking Number 1Z605FV20396219188. Please allow 72 hours for updates to reflex. As a Friendly reminder Your Payment will be billed as NYA DIrect on your credit card or billing statement. 3. 03/28/2008 Billing Info Recieved Not Yet Sh... That's the last information I received. A whole month after I made the order.

When I go to the UPS site, it tells me that it is sitting in Honalulu, Hawaii. I've even had UPS drivers check on this for me.

I've sent about 4 emails and recieved confirmations of them receiving my emails. It was just a response telling us that they will contact us within the next 72 hours. Nothing.

I've tried calling the offices and they tell you that the phone system is not working write. This is after you try all the different menu options. Nothing!

I'm a pretty patient person. Either give me my product or give me my money back. I know it's only $30.24, but I could sure use that money. I can't stand people like that. How would they like it happening to them? It disgusting and a disgrace.
