NAXPMEDIA Buyer Beware!!! Miami Florida

I placed my order with Naxpmedia on Nov.16th. I got an update on Nov. 19th stating my order was shipped. This was a christmas present for my husband, so i was stoked that it was shipped and i wouldnt have to worry about it being late. Boy was i wrong!!! i emailed them again on Dec. 2 to see if they had a tracking number for my order which they emailed back and said they did not!! i found that a little odd , but still had faith. I waited and waited and waited, emailed them again wondering where my order was and was promised that my order would arrive before christmas. It was Dec. 16 and still had not received my order.

So again i emailed then , stating that i was a little concerned as there was only 5 business days left before christmas. The email i got back from them stated that my order had been returned for insufficent postage and that if i still wanted my order i could either wait for them to figure out the shipping issue as they had undercharged for shipping, get a refund or pay an additional 75 dollars for shipping. Needless to say i was extremely upset by this. I responded by stating i would not be paying anything additional and i wanted my order as it was not my fault they messed up.

I have attempted to email them now 4 times with no response, i have called their toll free number, only to get a message saying the mailbox is full. I am out the money i paid now...I am very upset with this company and do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them especially if you live in canada!!! Buyer beware!!!
