Do not use this company's product  -- I will elaborate later but PLEASE --if anyone can find a good number directly to an officer of the company or board of director , it would be greatly appreciated. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND ONE  !!

I have been searching for 10 days trying to get in touch with  someone because they can't fix the my same problem I have had for months !!

All you can get is a " service rep" that does NOT know what they are doing  !! I simply want my money back.

Something is really BAD about this--

The sad thing is that thousand's of consumers are trusing these people with PERSONAL documents in the cloud !!

If you are having a problem with this company, I suggest you call the PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE  immediately  at 717-787-3391 ask for the Consumer Protection Dept.

The Neat Company Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card. Received 30 Cloud trial and cancelled once they charged my account, the credit card was reissued with a new expiration date, though Neat found a way to start charging card again. I believe they kept trying until they came up with the right date it's the only way they could have started charging my card again after a year. Internet

The NEAT Company 8/24/14 purchased machine supposed to have 30 day free trial of Cloud, did not sign up for it immediately, but 9/23/14 was charged for it, not even an entire 30 days. Filed complaint with the BBB after multiple attempts to contact them and no respones, after that they so called tried to help however they remoted into my computer GAVE ME A VIRUS my computer totally whiped out now have to use someone elses. They told the BBB that they were refunding me money but it was not me, not my name, not my email address nothing.  Philadelphia PA

NEAT Company Reached out to obtain a replacement cord for my Neat copier. Found that I could obtain a cord for $4.95.. I ordered the cord and then came the shipping charges which were $9.95. This seemed a little stiff but I okayed it since I cannot use the Neat copier without the cord. When I checked my credit card I find that they have actually charged me close to $19.00 in total charges for the $4.95 cord. Somehow the $9.95 shipping charges jumped higher than what was outlined on the original invoice. I tried to contact them on line multiple time in multiple ways. You simply cannot reach this company. Evidently something managed to go through somewhere because a mysterious little e-mail appeared this morning stating that if I gave them and incorrect address or zip code, that shipping charge could change. Now I ask you WHY would I give them an incorrect zip code or incorrect address if I actually want to receive THAT CORD? This company is not really dealing with the public in a truthful way. I haven't check them out with BBB but may end up filing a complaint in the end over this excessive chargge. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
