Netflix.de ripped me off blond! And it has hapened more than once. Dont give Netflix access to your bank account!

I was subscribed to monthly plan, paid on the 5th, direct deposit. Low and behold on the 22nd of the same month was another charge, for same monthly fee that I already paid on 5th. Customer service refused to do anything! They stole from me then acted like I commited a crime, lol. I do not know what to say.

Dont allow Netflix to have access to your account! They do it on purpose, Legal theft it appears to be.
