The instructions are "Register for the Exam" and the steps are to log onto the netspangroup.com site, click on Post Office Jobs tab. Since there were no exams scheduled in Hawaii, I couldn't register.
I attempted to do this two times. The next time I forgot my password so I called the 1-800-914-1197 and was told they could not help me with a forgotten password, that I'd have to re-register. They offered me no assistance as to how I needed to do that. Furthermore, no refunds as per agreement until one year after no exams available in my region. So I have to keep visiting the website, what once a week, twice a week, daily, once a month?
I was really mistaken when I signed up for this!
I don't know if what I did was re-register under this stupid organization's site because I can't get onto their site without a login and password. I think I registered onto the USPS site, but there are no openings.
This is the first and last time I'll take the "bait."

In regards to this customers complaint, ALL calls are monitored and recorded for quality and training purposes. The customer new what she was ordering and our website specifically states our terms and conditions prior to ordering. Seems this is simply a case of buyers remorse.
