I had already filed a report last month. I called then and they have not returned my calls. I have to wait for the transaction to be taken from my account before I can do anything. Today this company has taken 9.95 from my account again. Can someone help get this comany shut down. They need to replace all the money they have tken from people. Do not use this company. They are a ripoff and do not care about causing people hardship in their finances.

My name is Ryan; Raven Media handles some aspects of customer service for Network Agenda. If you are at this site then it is probably because we failed you somewhere in the customer service process and I would like the opportunity to make it right.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate an account for Ms. W. Ms. W, Network Agenda is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for a free informational CD. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Network Agenda's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to then end of the trial period or anytime thereafter.

This is the customer service number for Network Agenda 1-800-418-9320, they are available Monday - Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.

If you call this number you should get a friendly helpful agent that will be happy to help you with your account. If for any reason our agents did not help you or you don't feel that we have done our job please feel free to call or email me personally and I assure you that I will handle your problem immediately.

My cell number is 435-773-1795. My email address is ryanr@wskc.org.

Sincerely,

Ryan R.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

I had a similar experience with Value Shopper

AUTHOR: Sara - (U.S.A.)

Hi,

I understand what you are going through having had a similar experience with an outfit called Value Shopper. I had purchased an item online and somehow this company began taking 8.95 from my bank account automatically each month. I contacted the toll free number provided on my bank statement and demanded they stop this automatic withdrawl. I had never agreed or signed anything to become a member of this company. They "promised" they would "cancel" my account (what account???) however on my next bank statement I noted another withdrawl. I finally contacted my bank and reported this as fraud. The bank opened an investigation and resolved the problem and also refunded the money taken by this company back into my account.

I would suggest contacting your bank's fraud department and reporting this as fraud. It worked for me. I've never had another automatic transfer taken out of my account since.

Since this incident I still continue online shopping but I am now very careful of any "free enrollment opportunities" for future discounts, etc. while shopping online. I am sure I inadvertently clicked on some "survey" for the online vendor which resulted in this intrusion into my bank account by Value Shopper. This is a deceptive practice and I certainly learned my lesson.

Hope this helps.
