Network Capital Dishonest, will not do what they say they will do. Irving California

They kept calling me wanting me to let them help with my refinance. When I finally said I would after telling them several times that they would not be able to help! Then they told me that they would get back with me within 2 hours. They told me to wait and be ready to read my email describing what my next steps would be. I usally don't get a Saturday off but I waited all afternoon for the call or email and never received it. Finally Monday morning I had to contact them asking what happened and then they tell me there sorry they are unable to help me. All they had to do was call me when they decided this and I wouldn't had waisted all my time!!
