Network Capital Did not honor signed loan irvine, California

Not a good experience with Network Capital. When we first called, everything went well. We got a refi-mortgage with a great rate. They came and did an inspection, and called the town for a water test report, then got the paperwork going.
We signed on the loan and 3 days later were told we had to cancel it because the water test wasn't recent enough, and they couldn't sell the loan. We didn't feel like that was our problem, but when they created a new loan, with the same #s, we did as they asked and canceled the first loan. We had to go through another hour of signing papers.
They called again to let us know that they couldn't do this loan either, because they hadn't bothered getting the results of a new water test. We thought a contract was a contract, but they said they wouldn't go through with it.
They sent us paperwork for another loan, with higher rates, and higher fees. We canceled that one ourselves, and are STILL waiting for them to return our money on the original loan.
Terrible! We will be letting people know about this awful experience.
