MC-UOL*NETZERO 866-841-1442 14.95

is how it showed on my bank statement.

I contacted them and told them I had a free account with them 5 years ago. These charges started 2 months ago and they said It was because I never cancelled my free account that they started this!

I told them this was unauthorized by me and I have been using bellsouth as my ISP for more than 3 years.

They refused to refund my money. Now I am here.
