NeuLIFT The company gave an ad making it appear you were to receive a product for $4.95. Then lo and behold I had $89.95 AND $84.95 three weeks later. Apparently there was fine print telling us this would be deducted?!?! I am dirt poor, I thought I was getting a great wonderful deal, but it's a scam. But just enough fine print legalities to cover their butts. Fountain Valley California

Hi...I ordered a product for $4.95 called NeuLift. Thought I was getting a wonderful deal! As it was something I could finally afford as a working single mom w/ a full-time job and a wkd part-time job. Raising teenagers. Well lol and behold just this morning I have two charges taken out of my checking account (leaving me unable to pay my car payment) in the about of $89.95 and $84.95 for this NeuLift product! I was sick to my stomach. I called them to resolve the matter (usually companies w/ credibility do) and they stuck to their guns and said nope, you had a 15 day trial period and it was up yesterday so you will get billed and you should have read the fine print! The customer service rep was rude and I was beside myself. I finally was able to get through to a supervisor who gave me 35% of my money back. But now I can not take my kids school shopping as planned today and I can't believe they wouldn't allow me to send it back and I REALLY can't believe they can just pull money from your account without you acknowledging it or setting it up!
