neulift advertised a free trial , I just had to pay shipping, sent the full size and charged me the full 60 dollar price, 10 days later and signed me up for a subscription to recieve the product every month and charge my credit card Pacoima California

I thought I was doing a survey for amazon, it popped up right after a purchase. There were a few different gifts for doing the survey to choose from that advertized a free trial. I choose the neulift and entered my credit card for shipping. They shipped me the small bottle without any paperwork. ten days later my credit card was charged and unfortunatly I didnt persue it. The next month I was charged another 120$, at this point I called customer service and found out there most have been some small fine print on the webpage saying that is was a free trial for 10 days and I would need to send the product back or get charged and also I was being signed up for a once a month delivery. They would not stop that months delivery or refund me. The women said they dont participate in survey scams, and hung up when I asked to speak to someone in charge. I feel as though it was completely misleading even though apparently there was fine print somewhere on the page. Beware, I really wish someone would shut them down for misleading the consumer.
