New Deal Used Cars They not ONLY ripped me off they took advantage of my age and that I had no knowledge of cars they are a piece of SH** company DO NOT ever ever go to them!!!! ripoff Ogden Utah

I went to this dealership because I am a young person I don't have much and I really needed a vehicle. I was only 18 when I got this vehicle and had just moved to Ogden so I was looking for a car so that I would not have to get a ride.

What most attracted me to this place was the sign BUY HERE PAY HERE, and since no other place would take me because I did have good credit but not enough to go on, this was my only option. I was not aware of what I was getting myself into.

I thought all I had to do was a little body work and the car would be fine, but as I had it for a month or so things started going bad, I had to get brand new tires and two brand new lug nuts because one of them was not even on there so I was driving with only 3 wich yes is a saftey hazard thats why there are meant to be 4 of them!!! I of course couldnt tell when I got it because there were some hubcaps on. And I'm a young girl; I didn't know what to look for. Also with the other lug nut it was so bad it siezed up and broke off. Ya that's safe too! I was not told that the engine in the vehicle was not the original engine, it had been swapped which I found out later from an Ex boyfriend.

I also found out afterwards that there was such and oil leak and problem under the car that the whole thing was covered!!! How does that pass inspection when that could start a fire!!!!

I had to replace the spark plugs and wires, It would over heat on me, the spark plugs in there werent even on right they werent even tight enough, I had to struggle for hours, actually it took my dad, my sister, our neighbor and myself 2 days to try and pull the d**n spark plug boots were siezed to my engine, we had to pull on them forever and then had to break them apart just to get them out!!!

I had to replace my break switch because after a couple weeks it stopped working, I also had to replace my headlight because one day I was driving from SLC because I worked in SLC and lived in Ogden, my head lights all the sudden went out!! I had to get off on the next exit and it was late, I had to have my ex get off of work because I had to way to buy new ones and I had to wait for him to get to where I was and then he finally came and we finally got it.

The oil on this car had never been checked or changed or anything before it was sold, This oil filter had to have been so old, oil was leaking out of it!! The oil was black when a friend changed it for me he said that that car should not be like that!!! He's never seen such bad oil before and couldnt believe they didn't have it serviced before I bought it..

I put so much money in to fix that car, there was not a stereo when I got it, also we looked to see if there were speakers in the car and there was but when they gave it to me to drive home they had taken the speakers out of it.. what the hell..!!!

I have pictures to show how bad this car is. The trunk had a leak so the spare tire got all rusty. The brakes went bad not after to long, my check engine light came on not after a couple weeks, my srs light came on not after to long, then my ABS and brake light would come on everytime I drove. Then It got so bad it started to squeal and I had a friend look at my brakes for me. He is a machanic for BMW he does brakes. They are just the same. All cars have calipers etc. He said this calipers piston is so shocked!! He said that there is no way it just happened to be like this he said it looks like it had been that way for a while and now it just finally gave out. So my car sat for two months without being driven because I could not afford to fix all the problems that kept occuring.

It is gone now, it was taken the other day because I could not afford it anymore. And the person that took it told me I better be careful cuz New Deal seems to like to sue everybody!!!

So word to the wise, don't ever go to New Deal Used Cars...
